COMMUNICATION Artwork updates are usually sent once a week, with the latest being Sunday evening to Monday (after midnight) (Pacific Time)Communication is key and goes both ways! If you need some changes coming from me, I can accommodate you if I can.
Updates coming from me can be a verbal (if I am sick or taking break) or a commission update.
POSSIBLE FEES AND THEIR DEFINITIONS There are a few fees that may apply if you commission me. Here are the fees for transparency!Design Fee: If the client would like me to design an OC from scratch, additional fees may apply. This fee is negotiable and may vary based on complexity.Rush/Priority Fee: A rush fee will apply based on how close the deadline is. If you want your commission faster, you will be placed as priority. *This will depend on my workload and you may not get a rush fee if things are slow!Revision Fee: Additional fee will apply for excessive revisions. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. GENERAL TERMS◆ By commissioning me, you agree that a digital file will be sent to you. No physical products will be sent.◆ I reserve the right to refuse and refund the commission at any time◆ I am not responsible for any disruptions if the client has failed to read the ToSII. PAYMENT◆ You must pay either full or at least 50% paid before I start. Other payment plans are available upon request.
It must be fully paid before receiving the final product.◆ Additional fees may apply. Please refer to "add-ons & fees" in the details.III. COPYRIGHT◆ I retain all rights to the work including WIP photos, copyright to the illustration is not transferred to the commissioner. However, the characters and/or locations remains copyrighted to the rightful owners.◆ The artwork is not for NFT and AI usage◆ I reserve the right to post/stream/record/upload commissioned work on my social medias and portfolio unless negotiatedIV. USAGE◆ My commissions are for personal use by default. They are not intended for commercial or merchandise usage (e.g. resale, publications). Please inquire about commercial or merchandise usage in your commission.◆ For personal use, credit is highly appreciated but not required. The only exception is if I am unable to do the commission anymore◆ Purposeful chargeback WILL result in a blacklistVI. REVISIONS◆ Two major revisions and multiple reasonable minor revisions are allowed during the sketch process.◆ Limited minor revisions are allowed during the lineart and painting process.◆ Revisions due to missed information are free.◆ It is up to my decision to determine what is considered major and minor revisions and when minor revisions start to be excessive.
